Biography

Adam R. Oremland, Esq. is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Oremland Law Group P.C. He is a top accident lawyer in New York City and only represents those who were seriously injured in accidents, including automobile accidents, construction/work site accidents, trip and fall accidents, premises liability and wrongful death actions. Adam has helped thousands of clients collect over $40 million in injury compensation since opening his law firm.

Adam is an extremely aggressive attorney who takes his clients’ injuries personally as he was once seriously injured due to another’s negligence. Adam understands what his clients are experiencing. He knows that when you are injured and cannot work or perform daily tasks, it is not only your health that is hurt – your wallet and every aspect of your family and social life suffers as well. Adam knows his clients on an individual basis and is very tactical in his work. He is considered by many to be a master negotiator and a resourceful lawyer with a high success rate for his clients in early settlement talks with opponents.

Before forming Oremland Law Group P.C. in 2013, Adam practiced law at Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP and Baritz & Colman LLP, both well-established and respected law firms in Manhattan. Adam previously worked in-house at Merrill Lynch and served on the staff of former Florida State Senator and current Florida State Attorney Dave Aronberg. Adam completed his Jurisdoctor degree at American University College of Law in Washington, D.C. in 2007 after attending Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in New York. He is an alumnus of Florida State University.
